Effective August 21, 2026. These policies explain how Busy Bees Cleaning Agency LLC handles website submissions, photos, estimates, employment applications, and Helping Hands requests.

When you submit an estimate, referral, sponsor form, or employment application, we receive the information you enter and any files you attach. We use it to evaluate the request or application, communicate with the people involved, plan services or staffing, and maintain appropriate business records.
Employment applications+
Application information is used to evaluate qualifications, availability, work requirements, and potential employment opportunities. Busy Bees may contact the references an applicant provides. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, or identity documents through the website application.
Helping Hands privacy+
Helping Hands referrals are reviewed privately and without judgment. We do not publicly share a resident’s name, story, address, home condition, or photos without separate written permission. Referring agencies are not financially responsible unless they separately agree in writing to sponsor services.
Photos and documentation+
Photos submitted for estimates or referrals may be used to assess condition, scope, labor, supplies, disposal needs, and safety. Busy Bees may also document work for service verification and business records. We will not use identifiable client or resident photos for advertising, social media, or public storytelling without separate permission.
How information may be shared+
Information is shared only as reasonably needed to review or complete the requested service or application—for example, with Busy Bees team members, an approved service provider, or a confirmed sponsor when the resident has authorized the necessary disclosure. Website forms and linked services may be processed through third-party technology providers subject to their own privacy practices.
Information you should not submit+
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, full medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive documents through these forms. Please disclose health and safety conditions relevant to the cleaning, but only provide the information Busy Bees needs to evaluate and perform the work safely.
Correction, deletion, and retention+
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information submitted through the website by emailing busybeescleaningwv@gmail.com or calling (304) 689-1888. We will honor reasonable requests while retaining information that may be needed for active services, applications, payment records, insurance, safety documentation, disputes, or other legitimate business or legal purposes.
Referrals, sponsors, and service decisions+
Submitting a Helping Hands referral or sponsor-interest form does not guarantee acceptance, reduced pricing, funding, a payment plan, or service. Busy Bees reviews each request based on condition, safety, location, labor, scheduling, funding, and available resources. We may modify, postpone, or decline work involving unsafe conditions, active biohazards, uncontrolled infestations, structural hazards, specialized disposal, or work requiring another qualified professional.
Estimates, deposits, and written terms+
Website information is general and does not replace a job-specific written estimate. The accepted estimate controls the approved scope, exclusions, pricing, travel charges, deposit requirements, payment terms, scheduling, add-ons, and other service conditions. Dates are not guaranteed until the required approvals and payments are complete.
